Drakaris Casino Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of drakaris.to and all services of Drakaris Casino, owned and operated by Novatrix SRL (reg. no. 3-102-893958, Costa Rica) under E-gaming license no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. By registering, you agree to these Terms, the Bonus Terms, the Privacy Policy, the KYC Policy and the AML Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally allowed to gamble where you live. Residents of restricted countries listed in the full terms cannot open an account. You may hold only one account, in your own name. German and Spanish versions of the site are provided for convenience and are not an offer of service into those markets.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. The wallet holds a single active currency, chosen at the first deposit. Available currencies are EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, CHF, NOK and SEK, plus supported cryptocurrencies.

3. Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawals, we may require a government-issued ID, proof of address and, for card payments, a photo of the card showing only the first six and last four digits. Crypto users may need to sign an ownership message. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete. Providing false or forged documents may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

The minimum deposit is 20 EUR on standard methods; crypto minimums vary by asset. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party payments are not allowed.

Withdrawals normally go back to the deposit route. After KYC approval, cards and e-wallets are processed within two business days and crypto within a few hours. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is 4,000 EUR on cards and most e-wallets, and 1,000 EUR on MiFinity. Bonus-related caps apply as set out in the Bonus Terms.

12. Liability

Drakaris provides services “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Novatrix SRL is not liable for indirect losses, technical interruptions beyond our control, or losses from gambling. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
